a ‘short
list’ – normally 1-3 candidates

Invite short
listed candidates to a second interview and conduct psychometric profiling
questionnaire
with them – normally PSL’s Rapid
Personality Questionnaire.

Write to unsuccessful short listed
candidates if required

Help you conduct the short list interviews
if required

Help with offer and acceptance of
the chosen appointee if required
