Our favourite and the most effective ways of developing an individual manager is by way of a 1:1 Executive Coaching programme.
This is invariably a ‘strengths led’ process – identifying with the individual the areas of existing competence and building on those with practical work based projects to move the skill levels forward.
Where necessary we will introduce the individual to techniques he or she may not have yet encountered.
In essence this is a four stage process:
We regularly use an ‘instrument’ as a reference point for the initial session – be it MBTI, an appraisal or a 360 degree feedback report.
