Quoinstone Consulting Limited is a niche, People Development Consultancy specialising in transforming performance for two business critical groups – Managers and Teams.

We believe that these two core elements form the ‘cornerstone’ (otherwise known as the ‘quoin stone’) of any organisation.

What the Manager does and how the Team performs on a day to day, hour by hour basis has a significant effect on organisational results – and is often overlooked given the speed of change prevalent today.

We also believe that, while large scale training courses have their place, they rarely transform daily behaviour in individuals and may have only a limited effect on their ongoing results. As an alternative we believe that our Coaching approach significantly improves the ‘stickiness’ factor of the learning, which, in turn, creates lasting performance improvement.
